Personal care product manufacturer Interconsumer Products Ltd. has acquired assets of a toiletries firm, Belsize Industries Ltd.

Belsize is the maker of Mr Fluffi, Sawa and Tosha brands of toilet tissue paper.

The move is seen as an attempt to diversify its product offering. Interconsumer Products let go its Nice & Lovely hair and skin care brand, Clarion nail polish remover, and Golden Touch face cream brands in April.

Interconsumer Products has also recently sold its cosmetics arm, Interbeauty Products, to L’Oreal.
